There has been a lot of talk about must buy Costa del Sol property deals and how much everything is discounted but the real truth of it is that there aren’t that many great deals left so I have picked out 5 favourites that are all worth a look.
Myramar de Mijas.
This is or should I say a great deal with discounts of up to 45% of the original asking prices but as you guessed it if the deal is really good it gets snapped up. With prices starting at 196,000 it’s no surprise there are only 7 2 bed units left but quite a few 1 bed units.. Close to the beach i.e. less than 5 minute’s walk, high quality apartments with wonderful gardens. No wonder it’s nearly sold out.
Oasis de la Cala
They say location is everything and situated in La Cala these high quality discounted apartments with excellent views really do offer everything. Here you can buy a two bed high quality apartment for close to 225,000. You have amenities on your doorstep and La Cala town and beach only 5 minute’s walk away.
At the luxury end of the market but the quality and the brilliance for the prices cannot be beaten in Costa del Sol. If you have about 400,000 Euros to spend then you can buy yourself a luxury house in one of the best locations of Marbella. Unlike most luxury developments your community fees are under 200 per month. Unfortunately for the price and the 44% discount these units are selling like hot cakes.
Los Flamingos Golf
Costa del sol at its luxurious best Los Flamingos has it all and we have access to 120m2 built luxury Golf Course Apartments for around 300,000. If you haven’t been to Los Flamingos you should see it as it is home to the Ritz Carlton of Marbella where Michelle Obama recently stayed. A great place to live.
Ribera del Marlin
More Luxury on the Sotogrande Marina with the highest possible qualities you can possibly imagine and you can also buy a berth for your boat. Great lifestyle and living and some units are discounted down to 285,000
