New Book – The Legal Side of Blogging for Lawyers

Arizona attorney Ruth Carter discusses her book, The Legal Side of Blogging for Lawyers, available from the American Bar Association: http://bit.ly/1biZbev. It covers the main issues that all bloggers need to worry about (copyright, trademark, defamation, privacy, etc.) and also has sections dedicated to lawyer ethics, advertising, and how lawyers can blog about their own cases. The book also had three appendices of resources about the state and federal laws that apply to blogging and a suggested reading list on being an effective blogger.

Ruth will be speaking at the book via Google Hangout at the ABA TechShow on March 28, 2014.
