The Associated Press says it has learned that after the Tuesday meeting between Rodriguez and Michigan athletic director Dave Brandon, another meeting of the two is scheduled for Wednesday morning to talk about the future of the coach.
It has been reported, however, that Dave hasn’t yet made up his mind to fire Rodriguez. It should be noted that after running college football’s winningest program for three seasons, Rodriguez is 15-22.
Meanwhile, Michigan officials reportedly avoided making a comment on if they have already fired Rodriguez.
Former Wolverines QB and current Stanford coach Jim Harbaugh, and former Wolverines assistant and current San Diego State coach Brady Hoke are the potential candidates to replace Rodriguez.
Everybody is anxiously waiting for Brandon to make the announcement, as he had been saying that he would evaluate Rodriguez at the end of the season.
Whether Rodriguez gets fired or not, only the time will tell, but an interesting discussion is on right now about the matter on FanIQ.com.
