Make it a DC New Years Eve
If you want to ring the New Year in the right fashion, come to DC New Years Eve. Chances are, you don’t have plans set in stone for this upcoming holiday, so before you decide where to go, consider visiting Washington, D.C. for an exciting New Year’s Eve.
There are so many historical sites, monuments, and museums in DC to keep you busy while you are here. If touring the political scene isn’t your thing, spend your day shopping in the many malls and shopping centers found in the city. When you get hungry, you can find such an extensive array of delicious restaurants in the area that you might have a hard time deciding which one to go to. Then, the nightlife is full of clubs and hotels with things to do on New Years Eve.
December 31st is a Friday, so why not spend the whole weekend having fun in Washington DC? New Year’s Eve is the most fun-filled night of the year! The tradition of going to Times Square to watch the ball drop has become a thing of the past. People are looking for something different, something new, and something more exciting. The hottest place to be this year is DC New Years Eve.
Come to Washington, D.C. Friday evening and have a nice meal at a local restaurant. You can book a hotel for the night or the weekend and go out on the town. It will be easy to find a party or New Years Eve Dance to celebrate. Sleep in Saturday then go out and explore the city for the day. You can wrap up your night with dinner and a movie. You can always head home Saturday night, or stay another night in one of the many luxury hotels and leave Sunday morning.
