Hilarious Comedy Shows on TV

Sunday afternoon, I Just finished doing my laundry, eating lunch, and washing the dishes. I didn’t have any plans at that time even if I wanted to since I’m broke (second week after pay day, go figure). So one thing left to do…Turn on the television and see what’s worth watching. Now I’m not really a big fan of a show that makes fun of people because that is just being mean, but there is this show that I’ve seen on one channel that is hilarious!

The show is called “Just for Laughs”. I know you guys are thinking that the show is not that funny, but then again, you may have a different level of humor. Anyway, I don’t care, that show just made my boring day an exciting day. Exciting because I want to know what will be the show’s next prank. Some of them, fine, I’ll admit, not that funny at all or the type of prank which only old people would laugh out loud at. But then there are others that really make you cry when you see people fall for their prank. Some of them don’t even know that they became a victim of that show (and I said a while ago that these kind of shows are being mean to people…I’m a hypocrite).

Another show that I’m sure everybody knows is MTV’s “Punk’d”. With host Ashton Kutcher, this is one prank show you should watch. One thing I can tell you guys why this show is cool…The victims are celebrities. It doesn’t matter if you’re an actor, actress, singer, wrestler, and basketball or football player, not even a politician!!! Seriously, have they ever punk’d a politician in their show? If not, that is one episode I shouldn’t miss. I’m pretty sure the former president Bush would be a good candidate for their show.

However, if I can still remember back when I was a kid, me and my family used to watch “The America’s Funniest Home Video” I know I said prank shows are funny, but nothing beats personal bloopers. It’s the funniest thing in the world! Just when you think everything is going perfect in a wedding, then all of a sudden, someone stumbles at the altar, or the groom forgot his vow and just made something up just to make the guests laugh. They don’t even need to plan something to prank someone. It just comes out naturally. That is the best comedy ever!

So just when I thought my Sunday afternoon was going to be a boring one, it turns out to be okay after all. It made me think that we really can’t live in this world without laughter. Because no matter what we do, there will always be bloopers in our everyday life…Fine, not everyday, otherwise, you’re considered to be to clumsy or a person who’s cursed of bad luck. I guess it is what they say “Don’t take life too seriously…Just prank someone to make people laugh”.
