These are the must-haves for every scrapbook. If you have these items in your arsenal, you will be able to create excellent scrapbooks each and every time. Then if you see a sale or a deal and you want to add some other little extras in here or there, go ahead.

You can get all of these basics at an affordable price. You don’t have to spend a lot of money on these simple essentials and once you have them, many of them will last you for a very long time. Some supplies on the list that do get used up can be replaced without a great deal of expense involved. This makes scrapbooking easy and fun- even if you’re on a budget!
