Beginners Tarot Books/Decks – From One Beginner To Another

Beginners Tarot Books/Decks – From One Beginner To Another

As a tarot newbie I know there is floods of information available, so this video may seem strange. However I thought it might be nice for fellow beginners to hear from another about what resources they found most helpful out of all the resources.

I feel like despite being a beginner I am further along my journey now and therefore at a place where I can share some small bits of useful info here and there.

I don’t profess to know it all obviously and this is just a few books, websites and decks that have helped me along the way so far.

As promised here are some of my personal recommendations:

Little Red Tarot – An Alternative Approach to Tarot

Home Page

Truth in the Story –
Wild Moon Woman –
Ethony –
Katey Flowers –
Imogen Walters –
Avalon’s Spiritual Odyssey ––M7qIjFg
New Age Hipster –
Sacred Seed –
Kittens Weights and Tarot –
Luna Celeste –

These are not ALL of my favourite and subscribed channels however they are the ones I watch most regularly and that I either learn the most from or just adore them haha.

As for Instagrammers as most of the above can be found by their youtube name I won’t link them again. I also realised I would be here forever – if you want to know some fab Insta accounts then just comment below and I’m happy to share some.
An honourable mention to Divination Challenges. If you want to join in on a Tarot/Oracle challenge this lovely human shares all they can find each month and from these you can find more cardslingers by who is running the challenge and also the people who are using the same hashtag daily.

Books and decks in this video:
The Ultimate Tarot Guide by Liz Dean
The Ultimate Guide to Tarot Meanings by Brigit Esselmont (biddy tarot)
Kitchen Table Tarot by Melissa Cynova – Insta:
The Wild Unknown Tarot by Kim Krans
Smith-Waite Tarot Centennial Edition Deck
Mystical Cats Tarot by Lunaea Weatherstone & Mickie Mueller
Bonefire Tarot by Gabi Angus-West

Lastly other decks that I do not yet own however they could be FAB for learning RWS – if you are still not feeling the original RWS:
Everyday Witch Tarot
Tarot of Pagan Cats
Llewellyn’s Classic Tarot
Crystal Visions Tarot
Tarot Mucha
Morgan Greer Tarot
Robin Wood Tarot

(just a few examples)

Hope you enjoyed all 🙂
